By confirming to participate, applicants must agree to the following Terms & Conditions*:

• WINNER vouchers will be available to spend in KDBC Member stores only. For a list of these stores, please click on the “Members” tab on our website.
• Vouchers will be provided in ​$25, $50 and $100 voucher amounts. These vouchers are not redeemable for cash or in-store credit and no change is to be given if the sale is less than the value of the voucher.
• Receipt for purchase must be attached to submission form to be eligible.
• One receipt per entry, with unlimited submissions is allowed, however, the same receipt may not be submitted twice.
• The Buy Local vouchers will be valid until 31^st January 2025, any vouchers presented after this date will not be accepted.
• The Buy Local vouchers cannot be used for certain products or services, such as alcohol or tobacco. Participating businesses must check the campaign guidelines for any specific exclusions.

• Where permitted, businesses must display the 2024 Buy Local sticker on their shop front or in a prominently suitable place. Stickers can be collected from the KDBC at 61 Terralong Street, Kiama.
• Participating businesses must agree to accept the $25, $50 and $100 (or multiples) Buy Local vouchers on presentation by a winning customer.
• The Buy Local vouchers must be presented to the Kiama & District Business Chamber for reimbursement within 14 working days of receipt.
• The Buy Local vouchers will be valid until 31^st January 2025, any vouchers presented after this date will not be accepted.
• The Buy Local vouchers are not redeemable for cash or in-store credit and no change is to be given if the sale is less than the value of the voucher.
• Businesses must agree to comply with the requirements of the campaign at all times.
• The Buy Local vouchers cannot be used for certain products or services, such as alcohol or tobacco. Participating businesses must check the campaign guidelines for any specific exclusions.

The 2024 Buy Local Campaign will be promoted on social media platforms, in printed media and local publications. We appreciate your support of this event and trust that you will assist in promoting it via your own social media, in-store and directly to your customers. There are printed posters available to advertise this campaign to customers, so it is recommended that you display these posters where possible.
