Hampstead Property was established in 2014 with a focus on consultancy and development for private, corporate, institutional and government clients and has been involved in structured transactions and partnerships totaling over $1 billion in land value and development projects exceeding $1.5 billion of works. We have established an extensive professional network of consultants, contractors, investors and development partners which form part of the project team.

We offer end-to-end development services from site identification and feasibility to development, transaction and investment management, for all property sectors. We work closely with our development partners by operating transparently and flexibly with a shared vision.
