Pecora Dairy is an artisan sheep milk dairy and cheesery founded in 2011 by Michael and Cressida Cains. Our farm is situated upon Knights Hill. It’s here our ewes graze lush pasture and drink crystal clear running creeks to produce rich, creamy milk for us to make our seasonal ewes milk cheeses.
Pecora Dairy is the first Licensed Raw Milk Cheese makers in Australia and have recently won best Dairy Product at the Harvey Norman Delicious Produce Awards at the Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Show.
Apart from producing benchmark cheese, Pecora Dairy has 4 objectives.
